Jarrett Pelletier, AIA
Jarrett brings a wealth of experience developed while working with influential architecture practices including Foster + Partners in London and the Pittsburgh Office of Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. Most recently, as a Principal at Ennead Architects in New York he has been responsible for the design of complex academic, cultural, healthcare, and boutique hospitality projects. Jarrett has a keen interest in cultivating community engagement, is an advocate for design innovation, and demonstrates an unwavering commitment to design excellence.
An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, he graduated with honors, during which time he also studied at Polytechnica Krakowska in Krakow, Poland.
Jarrett is passionate about international travel and the excitement of discovering new, often hard-to-reach places. However, he finds his greatest joy in traveling as a way to unwind from the pace of life in New York City.

Jorge Salgado, AIA
Jorge brings a diverse range of experience across various scales and typologies, including institutional, transportation, cultural, and residential architecture, as well as furniture, industrial design, and interactive experiential design. He gained this experience at the New York offices of Grimshaw, Francois de Menil Architect, and Morris Sato Studio as well as Arquitectonica in Miami.
He takes a systemic approach to design, embracing a holistic perspective to create safer, more sustainable built environments that serve people, transportation, businesses, and public institutions. While experienced in designing large, complex buildings, Jorge is especially passionate about thoughtfully-crafted, intimate projects whose design is generated in response to environmental circumstances.
An avid runner, cyclist, and inline skating enthusiast, Jorge loves the outdoors and gardening. He is committed to fostering community and sustainability through both his design work as well as advocacy and volunteering.
Jorge has served on design review panels at Columbia University GSAPP, Pratt Institute, Yale School of Architecture, and the New York Institute of Technology.
